Statement of the Problem
Signing of clearance is a big problem of every student here in our campus. This problem creates big pressure on the part of the student because they cannot take the final examination if their clearance were not signed by the department head or in-charge. The student can’t concentrate on his/her examination because of the pressure. There are some instances that department heads are on leave/attending a seminars and student waits all day long just to have the sign of the person concerned. The worst scenario is how about if the person concerned will not come back in his/her office on that day? How about if that day is the day before the examination? Surely, the student can’t take the exam. These problems become the tradition and at the same time a waste of money, time and energy on the part of the student as well as school heads and department in-charge.
Objectives of the Study
I. To create an automated clearance system
II. To minimize the student burdens in signing of clearance.
To conserve energy, time and money of both school and students.
